In this position, you will work in a collaborative environment and experience a team approach to serving clients while developing direct relationships. As a Senior Tax Associate, you will be encouraged and supported to learn and grow personally and professionally. This role will provide the opportunity to develop organizational skills, while taking an active role in working directly with clients. The ideal candidate will possess two (2) or more years of diversified tax experience, including advanced business and personal tax preparation and review, tax research and consulting experience a plus, along with a solid accounting background in public accounting. Opportunity Overview: Work for a period of up to four months during a busy time of the year! Participate in various tax and accounting assignments under the guidance and supervision of firm personnel. Be exposed to tax procedures including tax return preparation which will involve tax research, tax planning, and the preparation of supporting work papers on various tax returns and projects. Develop a basic understanding of public accounting and be a part of the MMB team!
