Overview: Job Summary: Responsible for greeting and assisting customers in locating merchandise and deterring theft at the entrance and exit doors while ensuring total customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Job Duties: Greet each customer entering the store and aid customers by locating requested merchandise. React and conduct recoveries of merchandise from potential shoplifters by following company policy with customer service techniques.
