Location: 115 E 13th Street, New York, NY What You’ll Do HELP USA has a portfolio of over 40 separately located sites and programs, primarily in the Greater New York City area, that provide transitional housing and other services for families and single adults experiencing homelessness as well as homelessness prevention and domestic violence programs. There is tremendous variety in HELP’s portfolio of programs, including idiosyncratic buildings with significant maintenance requirements. We’re currently seeking a Senior Vice President of Facility Operations who will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, capital projects for all properties in the portfolio, and safety and security.
