Bilingual Debt Collector We are looking for Debt Collectors who are bilingual (Spanish/English) to claim outstanding debts for our clients. As a debt collector, you will call customers to discuss repayment options and help them resolve their delinquent/defaulted accounts. Preferred candidates will have the ability to: Consistently obtain or exceed his/her goal each month. Accurately assess what action is most appropriate on each call to help produce desired results and act accordingly. Develop a complete and accurate consumer profile on each call. Consistently request PIF (Payment in Full) on first call. Schedule workable payment arrangements on next contact if PIF proves unattainable. Demonstrate effective skip-tracing judgments, techniques, and ethics.
