Our Client, maintains an accounting, auditing and tax reference library is seeking for a Tax Accountant – Real Estate Practice Position Type: Full-Time/Direct-Hire Schedule: Monday to Friday onsite in office Location: New York, NY Responsibilities: • Public Tax and Accounting experience in the real estate sector is key (not Private) See foot note below *. • Prepare and review Partnership Tax Returns for Limited Liability Companies, C-Corps and S-Corps. • Experience with CCH ProSystem fx tax prep software or equivalent is key See foot note below **. • Reports directly to a partner in the firm. Experience: • Three (3) to five (5) years relevant tax accounting experience in real estate required. Education: • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or equivalent required • CPA considered a plus, not required Pay: $65,000-$75,000 *M
