Process, maintain documentation, and ensure the accuracy of incoming program referrals and authorizations. Monitor and track ongoing authorizations and Medicaid eligibility. Contact authorizing source and program staff of expiring authorizations. Research, respond to, and correct errors with rosters and reauthorizations.
