We are currently looking to add an experienced Payroll & Accounts Payable Administrator to our team. Experience in the security industry is highly valued, but not required. Location: JSB Office, Bronx, New York Work Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $60,000 - $70,000 Experience: 4 years minimum in payroll and billing Expected duties may include but are not limited to: Review, verify, enter, and upload personnel information into the payroll system Review, verify, enter, and upload vendor invoices into the accounting system Utilize third party software systems Performs general ledger posting/coding of invoices while adhering to monthly close deadlines Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues Research and resolve invoice discrepancies...
