CH Thompson is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team! ABOUT THE JOB: Accounts payable functions including receiving, verifying, and reconciling invoices for multiple companies. Coding and entering AP into accounting software. Reconciling vendor statements Maintaining Accounts payable files Follow-up with individuals for missing billing information or other issues Itemize and maintain spreadsheets as applicable for recurring invoices. Assist with accounts receivable functions including AR Collections. Collecting data from production team to understand short payments/issue customer credits as needed. Report past due payments to upper management Emailing, Scanning, and filing documentation related to AR. Work with accounting team to reconcile and balance Month End.
