This position, known to clients as our Client Relations Specialist, is responsible for screening leads and conducting intake and sales conversations to identify the potential client’s problem, and when appropriate, selling them “solutions” our Firm provides. Potential clients reach out to us for help with complex problems and we believe that we have an obligation to help them find a solution.
