The ideal candidate will display strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work with diverse population, and strong documentation and organizational skills. Candidates must be able to manage a caseload, conduct daily individual & group counseling, admission assessments, case management and aftercare planning, crisis interventions, and develop individualized treatment plans & overall counseling.
