Job Summary: Access Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a highly motivated and experienced hands-on Accounts Payable Manager who will be a key member of the Accounting Team involves providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the company by ensuring timely and efficient day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities. This is a full-time position, the schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. The salary is between $55,000 and $70,000. Duties/Responsibilities: Manage vendor payment process and keep track of expenditures, including invoices, statements, etc. Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. Manage the entire purchase card program from issuing of cards to monthly interface with accounting system and reconciling bank payments.
