Long Island Non-Profit is seeking an Accountant responsible for maintaining financial, accounting and support services to meet the needs of the organization, contracts, grantors and donors. They will be responsible for performing the operations of post-award grant administration and related accounting duties; monthly and quarterly invoicing, budget vs. expense analysis, budget modifications, and journal entries for multiple grants. The Grants Accountant will be responsible for informing Program Directors of spending irregularities, such as over or under-spending and will provide forecasting to them and the Budget and Grants Manager.
